NEW APPLICANTS
Getting started
If this is the first time your organisation is applying for a Newcastle Permanent Charitable Foundation grant you will need to create an account. Simply click ‘New Applicant’, found under the Account login box below. Once you’ve created an account, you will be able to login and access the Grant Application Form.
If you start an application but want to return and finish it later, be sure to select ‘Save and Finish Later’. You will receive an email confirming the application has been saved and given an Application ID. You can then return at a later time and continue your application simply by logging into this portal.
It is recommended you use a generic email address associated with your organisation when creating your account. This will help your organisation access the account in the event of any staff changes.
EXISTING APPLICANTS
Starting a new grant application
If your organisation already has an account on this portal but you are about to start a new application simply log in below to start a new application.
If you have forgotten your password, enter your account email address and click ‘Forgot Password’.
Accessing a saved grant application
If you are returning to continue working on a saved grant application, simply log in below and select the application from your home screen dashboard.
You can also access your saved application using the link emailed to you when you selected ‘Save and Finish Later’.
Forgotten Password
If you have forgotten your password, click on 'Forgot Password' below and enter your account email address.
Privacy Consent
By creating an account you acknowledge that you have read and agree to the terms of the privacy and personal information notification and consent.
