Backing the Future
Applications for the 2024 New South Wales round of Backing the Future are open. Please visit the VFFF website and read the guidelines for this granting program before applying.
You can begin your application by setting up an account. Click on the Set up an account link below. On completion you will gain access to the application form. Ensure you select ‘Save and Finish Later’ before you close the form. You will then receive an email with a link to access the form again. We recommend that you save a copy of your application in your own records as you go.
Please note that VFFF Board Grants are by invitation only. The VFFF team proactively seeks granting opportunities aligned to the funding outcomes in each focus area and initiates discussions with aligned organisations. In the 2023 financial year:
- 91% of grants approved were multi-year commitments
- 63% of funds approved were for work in regional and rural areas
- 51% of grants approved were for core operations and organisational capacity building.
